Warmth, empathy, and advocacy are the guiding principles to my work as a therapist. My style in therapy is collaborative, and I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to be heard and supported.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I have worked with children and teens in school settings and young adults in a college health center. I have experience working with clients of all sexualities and gender identities and diverse cultural backgrounds, and am always working to be culturally sensitive. My clinical work is trauma-informed and I have experience working with sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse survivors, as well as with young adults going through life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I will honor where you are in your healing journey and work alongside you to foster a safe and empowering environment.
My clinical approach is client-centered, rooted in safety, trustworthiness, and warmth. I work to empower clients to recognize their own self-worth and learn to trust themselves. I aim to create a safe space for my clients to heal through a collaborative and individualized treatment approach.
When I’m not working, you can find me on a hiking trail with my partner, or in the kitchen cooking up some delicious food. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, and cycling.
